Be sure to keep a copy of the completed Agreed Statement to submit it to us;

To ensure a quick and efficient CASCO claim, you need to report the accident as soon as possible. Ideally, the claim should be submitted immediately to allow the necessary procedures to start and to minimise any potential complications that could arise if the claim is submitted late. The most convenient way to make an insurance claim is on the My BTA website or mobile app. The sooner the claim is made, the more accurately the circumstances of the accident and the damage caused can be recorded. Moreover, damage may increase or otherwise change over time, which can affect the safety or value of the car.
If your CASCO policy includes a replacement car, please contact +371 26121212.
You can check your insurance cover in the "Policies" section of the My BTA website or on the mobile app where all your policies are available.
A deductible is the amount of money that the customer covers in case of an insured event. It is a way of sharing the risk between the insurer and the customer.
You can see the deductible for your policy in the policy available on the My BTA mobile app under "List of policies".
In case you prefer to submit an electronic insurance claim form to us by attaching it to the claim application form or e-mail, make sure you save it to your computer by all means prior to filling in.
