Recreational watercraft insurance
How will insurance help?
If a collision with another watercraft or an obstacle occurs on the water, or if the watercraft runs aground, the insurance will cover the losses.
The insurance will cover losses caused by natural disasters, such as storms, lightning and hail; this also includes losses caused by falling objects resulting from the effects of natural disasters.
You will be compensated for losses resulting from the theft of your watercraft if it is stolen while berthed, a specially equipped mooring site, or a locked or fenced-off area.
We will compensate you for losses incurred during the transportation of the boat as a result of a road traffic accident.
You are protected against unforeseen losses arising from participation in amateur-level water sports competitions.
Third-party liability insurance for the owner of a watercraft will provide financial protection if harm is caused to third parties.
